Neeraj Mathawan serves as president and chief executive officer of the company. He drives the company's strategy and operations. Under his leadership, the company has become an enterprise mobility provider for Government, Financial and the top fortune companies. Neeraj is a board member of Pennsylvania Tech Information Security Center Industry Advisory Board. Prior to founding Software Merchant, he launched few start-ups and raised money from venture capital firms. He patented disruptive technologies, and monetized on green emission legislation. He earned his MBA from Temple in 2007 and won state and national recoginitions/awards including nomination for entrepreneur of the year.

Steve oversees and manages the company's business strategy and finance operations. He drives operational improvements through the implementation of controls, systems and best practices as well as managing all audit, tax and compliance activities. Steve brings more than 13 years of finance and operational experience in the transportation industry. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Finance and MBA from Temple University.

Anu oversees and manages the company's business development and human resource operations. She is responsible for creating new channel partners, book new business, marketing activities, business to business relationships, human resources best practices as well as managing all back office compliance activities. She brings more than 5 years of business development and operational experience in the IT industry. She graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in business.
